  • Hydration and sleep as non-negotiables.

If Weight Creeps Up

  1. Pause and observe — do not react emotionally.
  2. Return to simpler meals for 24–72 hours.
  3. Increase hydration and prioritise sleep.
  4. If needed, use a gentle correction rather than drastic restriction.
