Bio Body offers four structured coaching programme levels — Protocol, ProPLUS+, Premium, and Platinum — plus the Living Light 5:2 long-term maintenance programme. Each programme level is designed to suit a different starting point, lifestyle, and level of support needed. This guide helps you find the right fit.

The Bio Body Programme Levels

Protocol

Best suited to: First-time Bio Body clients and those with a straightforward starting profile. The Protocol programme is the natural entry point for most new clients — it provides the full Bio Body coaching framework including daily WhatsApp support, daily programme slides, structured food guides, recipe books, biometric pulse test, and all specialist support modules.

ProPLUS+

Best suited to: Clients who have previously found structured programmes slow to respond, or who are returning to Bio Body after a gap and want a higher level of support. The ProPLUS+ programme includes everything in Protocol plus an enhanced level of coaching engagement designed for those who need more from the programme.

Premium

Best suited to: Clients over 40, and those who recognise that established eating patterns — rather than simply food choices — are part of their weight management picture. The Premium programme includes everything in ProPLUS+ plus additional lifestyle and behavioural coaching tools developed specifically for this profile over twenty years of client experience.

Platinum

Best suited to: Clients with a longer or more complex dieting history, or those who have tried multiple approaches without sustained success. The Platinum programme is the most comprehensive level in the Bio Body range, providing the deepest coaching engagement and the broadest set of support tools available.

Living Light 5:2 (Maintenance Programme)

Living Light 5:2 is a structured long-term coaching programme designed to support weight management through a sustainable weekly rhythm rather than a short-term intensive protocol. It is the natural next step after completing a Bio Body programme round.

It is ideal if you have completed a Bio Body programme and want a long-term maintenance structure, or if you prefer a flexible, ongoing approach that integrates naturally into everyday life. Two structured days per week, five days of normal mindful eating — supported by practical coaching tools, guidance, and ongoing resources.
