Your Questions Answered

Twenty years of supporting Kiwis means we've heard every question. Here are the answers that matter most.

Programme Selection & Results

How much weight will I lose?

Results depend on which programme you choose and your starting weight. The 13-Day Programme typically delivers 4-7kg release. The 26-Day Programme releases 7-12kg for most clients. The 40-Day Programme supports 12-15kg release. Individual results vary based on metabolism, adherence, and starting weight, but these ranges reflect what thousands of New Zealand clients have achieved.

Which programme should I start with?

Most clients begin with the 26-Day Programme. It provides the ideal balance of meaningful transformation and manageable commitment. Choose the 13-Day if you have 4-7kg to release or want a quick metabolic reset. Choose the 40-Day if you have significant weight to release (12kg+) and are deeply committed to an extended focus period. If you prefer gradual, sustainable release with weekly flexibility, start with Living Light 5:2.

Can I do multiple rounds?

Yes. If you complete a programme and still have weight to release, you can rest your body for a few weeks on normal, healthy eating, then begin another round. Many clients complete 2-3 rounds of the 26-Day Programme to reach their ultimate goal, with consolidation phases between each round to stabilise results.

What Makes Bio Body Different

What makes Bio Body different from overseas products?

Bio Body is NZ-formulated with twenty years of refinement based on real client results. We're not importing generic formulations from overseas labs. Every bottle is made here in New Zealand to our exact specifications. More importantly, every programme now includes comprehensive WhatsApp coaching, behavioural tools developed over two decades, and access to our innovative biometric pulse test. You're not just buying drops—you're getting a complete support system.

What is the biometric pulse test?

The biometric pulse test is an innovative tool we've developed over twenty years that helps identify food sensitivities via biometric response. During your consolidation phase, when you're reintroducing foods like dairy or nuts, this test reveals which foods may be blocking your weight release or causing inflammation. It's a simple at-home process that uses your body's own signals to guide your food choices—something no other weight programme offers.

What support is included in every programme?

Every Bio Body programme now includes step-by-step WhatsApp text support, behavioural and mindset tools refined over twenty years, access to the biometric pulse test, and free recipe books for both the releasing phase and consolidation. This isn't an add-on you pay extra for—it's built into every programme as standard because we've learned that lasting results come from the right support at the right time.

During the Programme

Will I be hungry?

Most clients report minimal hunger when following the protocol correctly. The Bio Body formulations work with your metabolism to access stored fat for energy, which reduces hunger signals. The two loading days at the start prime your body properly. If you do feel hungry, it's often thirst in disguise—drink water first and wait 10 minutes before deciding you need food.

Can I exercise during the programme?

During the active weight release phase (the VLCD days), avoid heavy cardio or strength training. Your body is directing energy toward fat release—forcing it to repair muscle will halt weight loss and cause exhaustion. Light walking or gentle stretching is fine. Once you enter consolidation and increase your calories, you can gradually reintroduce normal exercise.

What if the scales stall for a few days?

Stalls are normal and expected, especially around days 7-10 of a programme. Your body is adjusting, rebalancing fluids, and continuing to release fat even when the scales pause. Do not reduce your protein portions or change the food list—this will backfire. Trust the protocol, stay hydrated, and the scales will move again. If you're menstruating, water retention can mask fat loss for several days.

Can I drink alcohol during the programme?

No alcohol during the active weight release phase. Alcohol halts fat metabolism and will stall your results immediately. Once you've completed the active phase and entered consolidation, you can reintroduce moderate alcohol on your normal eating days, but avoid sugary mixers and high-carb drinks like beer.

After the Programme

What is consolidation and why is it important?

Consolidation is the phase immediately after your active weight release ends. It's where your new fat metabolism is locked in. You stop taking your SLIM formula, increase your calories back to normal to satisfy your appetite, but you strictly avoid sugars and starches. You must weigh yourself daily and stay within 1kg of your finishing weight. This phase is not optional—skip it and you'll regain the weight. Follow it properly and your results become permanent.

How do I maintain my results long-term?

After consolidation, transition into the Living Light 5:2 rhythm. This weekly structure involves two consecutive 500-calorie fasting days and five days of normal, mindful eating. It provides the flexibility to enjoy life while maintaining your results permanently. If your weight ever creeps up, you can step back into a 13-Day Programme for a quick reset, then return to Living Light 5:2.

What if I regain weight after finishing?

Weight regain happens when consolidation is rushed or skipped entirely. If you've completed consolidation properly but notice weight creeping back months later, it's usually due to combining high fats with high carbohydrates (the classic Western diet trap) or emotional eating patterns returning. Use the Living Light 5:2 rhythm to course-correct immediately, or complete another short 13-Day reset.

Safety & Suitability

Is this safe for people over 40?

Yes. Our Premium formulation is specifically designed for clients over 40, addressing hormonal shifts, metabolic changes, and the challenges of long-term dieting. Thousands of clients in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond have used Bio Body successfully. The comprehensive support included in every programme helps you navigate age-specific challenges.

Can I do this if I have a thyroid condition?

Many clients with thyroid conditions use Bio Body successfully, particularly the ProPLUS+ formulation designed for slow metabolism. However, you should consult your doctor before starting any weight programme, especially if you're on thyroid medication, as your dosage may need adjustment as you lose weight.

I'm vegetarian—can I still do this programme?

Yes. Vegetarian protein options include cottage cheese, tofu, and tempeh. We provide a dedicated Tofu & Tempeh Recipe Guide to keep your meals flavourful and compliant during the active phase. The structure works just as effectively with plant-based proteins.

Practical Questions

Do I need to buy special food or supplements?

No expensive specialty foods required. You'll eat simple, whole foods: lean proteins (chicken breast, white fish, lean beef), non-starchy vegetables, apples or berries, and plenty of water. You'll need a digital kitchen scale to weigh your protein portions accurately, but that's the only equipment investment.

Can I eat out during the programme?

It's difficult during the active weight release phase because restaurant meals often contain hidden fats, oils, or sugars. Most clients find it easier to prepare their own food during the strict VLCD days. Once you're in consolidation or Living Light 5:2, eating out becomes manageable—you just choose grilled proteins and vegetables, avoiding sauces and bread.

How long does shipping take within New Zealand?

Standard NZ shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We dispatch orders quickly, and you'll receive tracking information. Plan to have your formulations in hand before your planned start date so you can begin your loading days on schedule.
