Bio-Body Homeopathic HCG is provided in the potencies as advertised, and is sold specifically to facilitate weight loss in healthy individuals. However, there is no guarantee that it will work for all individuals.

All customers buy the product on the understanding that they do so at their own risk; and as per the conditions of purchase specified before submitting their order.

Returns Policy

Because of the nature of the product - which cannot be resold if it is returned - all orders are final. We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. If you have placed an order, paid for it but wish to cancel, you have 12 hours to do so, or up until your product has been sent. Orders, elligible for cancellation incur a reversal processing charge of $12.50.

Damaged parcels

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Client Confidentiality/ Privacy

The privacy of your personal information provided when you order with Bio-Body is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

We offer customers the option of two independent credit card gateways - Paymate or Paymex - so your credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers or our premises.

Delivery Times

We process and courier your order within one business day of receiving it and payment being confirmed. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday or during the weekend will be couriered out on Monday. Targeted delivery is next day. However, some rural addresses will take two days (depending on your local courier).

If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you to advise when you should receive it.

Collection Costs

At our discretion, some orders are sent before payment has cleared. In the event that the customer does not honour payment of their account after receiving the goods, outstanding accounts will be placed with a collection agency for collection. Clients will be advised that the account is about to be placed with the collection agency and shall have full responsibility for any associated collection costs to retrieve unpaid monies.
