Bio-Body HCG

I've worked as a journalist for almost 20 years, have always had a strong health and wellbeing focus, and I take real pleasure from things that deliver what they say they will, particularly if it requires minimum effort and maximum reward.

While I've never been a dieter, my weight has slowly crept up (and stayed up) steadily during the past 15 years. I would get on top of it by exercising rigorously, often surprising my personal trainers by how quickly I "shape shifted".
